About the Lion’s Ridge Family
In June of 2004 Lion’s Ridge opened its doors to host tailored adventure camps, retreats, and conferences. Ryan and his Dad, Lee, began to realize a dream of facilitating small group adventures in the mountains of Montana. Now more than 10 years in, the ministry of Lions Ridge has developed a strong history of providing excellent food, a comfortable facility, and challenging adventures for organizations looking to build and develop their Kingdom relationships.
Ryan is a graduate of Rose-Hulman with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and holds a Masters degree in Transformational Leadership from Bethel Seminary. When not washing dishes, repairing camp vehicles, or teaching rock climbing for Lions Ridge, Ryan is an instructor for Backpackinglight, a volunteer with the Gallatin County Sheriff’s Posse, an Elder at Alliance Fellowship, and most importantly husband to Mindy and father to 4 kids.
Lee is a graduate of Pacific Lutheran University, the University of Illinois, and a retired Dentist of more than 35 years from the South Seattle area. He and his wife Debbie are dedicated to helping Lions Ridge succeed and only quit helping when its time to play with Ryan’s kids and their two yellow labs, Blue and Bella. They attend Grace Bible Church in Bozeman, MT.
